Cambridge Community Center offers two large rooms for rent. Our full size gymnasium can easily seat up to 250 people and our smaller Common Room seats up to 75.

We also offer a full size kitchen and stove for an additional fee.

Payment

A. The rental form must be filled out and signed. A one hundred dollar deposit is required and due with completed rental form.

Room

After Each event, the renter must sweep the room, trash must be bagged and then the trash must
be disposed of properly, debris should not be left inside
or outside of the building. If facility is not cleaned a janitorial
fee will be accessed and you will be billed. Trash bags and paper products must be provided by the renter.

D. Cancellation Policy:

Rental Rates

A. Gymnasium $75.00 * Hour

B. Common Room $50.00 ** Hour

C. Kitchen $30.00 Hour

D. Stove $20.00 Hour

* If charging admission the rental fee is $100.00 per hour. A Police detail must be present if collecting money.

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol can be sold at anytime, but can be brought in to certain events. Please inquire.

Parking/Public Transportation

We do not have parking. Parking is residential. We are located about a 10 minute walk from the Central Square Red Line T stop.
