Rental Space

Cambridge Community Center offers two large rooms for rent. Our full size gymnasium (5500 sq. ft) can easily seat up to 250 people and our smaller Common Room (900 sq. ft.) seats up to 75.

We also offer a full size kitchen and stove for an additional fee.

Rental Rates

A. Gymnasium $75.00 per hour

B. Common Room $50.00 per hour

C. Kitchen $30.00 per hour

D. Stove $20.00 per hour

How to Rent Space

Room rentals book up fast and we suggest calling us at 617-547-6811 to see if the date you want is available. Please print, fill out, and mail back application with a deposit of 1/2 of the total amount due. The remaining balance is due at least 2 business days prior to event.

Note: We do not rent space for any type of teen event.

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol can be sold at anytime, but can be brought in to certain events. Please inquire.

Cancellation Policy

The Center will provide refunds only under the following circumstances:

a. If Renter cancels the event at least 5 business days prior to the date of the event, a full refund will be given.

b. If Renter cancels the event less than 5 business days prior the date of the event, a 50% refund will be given of any amounts paid to the Center with respect to the event prior to the time of such cancellation.

c. No refunds of any kind will be given if cancellation is made on or after the date of the event.

Parking/Public Transportation

We do not have parking. Parking is residential. We are located about a 10 minute walk from the Central Square Red Line T stop.
